We had to move before our belongings due to Covid restrictions in our new location and she handled the moving day in the selling end along with many items throughout the weeks both leading up to putting the house on the market, the days it was on the market and even after. She gave me great pointers as to staging, lighting and making minor upgrades to enhance the home for client viewings. We had dreams of a small backyard or nice patio, that was in walking distance to amenities. We are not exactly high rollers, and a bit worried about moving forward in such uncertain times. I actually choice Kelly as our Realtor because she answered my questions (late at night) so quickly, and she really stuck with us. It was quite difficult to find a place, in such a “Hot Market” when we lived 400 miles away - we really needed help! Then the Pandemic really heated up to complicate things even more. But Kelly was so helpful at every twist in the road. She really took the time to understand ours and our son’s key requirements, and helped us to a find place that included ALL the important things on our checklist.

She is honest and has a calming manner about her. After selling my home, I was looking to buy 150 km away from my area during the pandemic with very low inventory. I had two other agents who succumbed to the pressure of finding the right house for us. So Kelly travelled far out of town to help us find and purchase our beautiful new home when the other agents said it couldn't be done. Along the journey, Kelly was always supportive, had a great sense of humour, was caring, and had a no nonsense approach. She is always very reachable too which is vital. During this period we have rented our Whitby property several times through Kelly. Every one of the tenants have been excellent. In each of the transactions Kelly has been thorough and detail oriented. She always provided us with genuine feedback to enable us to get top dollar. She would personally inspect each time and tell us exactly what to do. She insisted only latest new pictures to be used so that the lessee would also know exactly what was available. While we know that a rental transaction only gives so much in commission, Kelly was not the one to not to be by our side even when the property market was red hot. She made time to make sure that we were looked after. She wets every application with a fine tooth comb. She is very fair and always ends up with a win-win for both the landlord and tenant.
