This year my husband and I decided to take the plunge and purchase a second home, that our sons could rent, and have a safe place to work from. We had dreams of a small backyard or nice patio, that was in walking distance to amenities. We are not exactly high rollers, and a bit worried about moving forward in such uncertain times. You CAN’T find an agent better than Kelly! She FOUGHT hard for me, always kept me in the loop, and prepared me for what was to come, before I could even ask. Once the offer was accepted, Kelly sent me all the local utility company’s contact information, as I was relocating from Toronto, once again without me asking. Kelly was there every step of the way, no matter what time or day of the week, including moving day, and a follow up a few days later just to check on me.
