You CAN’T find an agent better than Kelly! She FOUGHT hard for me, always kept me in the loop, and prepared me for what was to come, before I could even ask. Once the offer was accepted, Kelly sent me all the local utility company’s contact information, as I was relocating from Toronto, once again without me asking. This year my husband and I decided to take the plunge and purchase a second home, that our sons could rent, and have a safe place to work from. We had dreams of a small backyard or nice patio, that was in walking distance to amenities. We are not exactly high rollers, and a bit worried about moving forward in such uncertain times. I actually choice Kelly as our Realtor because she answered my questions (late at night) so quickly, and she really stuck with us. It was quite difficult to find a place, in such a “Hot Market” when we lived 400 miles away - we really needed help! Then the Pandemic really heated up to complicate things even more. Every one of the tenants have been excellent. In each of the transactions Kelly has been thorough and detail oriented. She always provided us with genuine feedback to enable us to get top dollar.
