Kelly is simply outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with her. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions. We wanted someone who is familiar with the neighbourhood and understands the key details to which a buyer should pay special attention when purchasing a home. Kelly exceeded all of our expectations. She always responded quickly to our questions and scheduled all home visits around our schedules. During these visits, she explained everything about the listing and highlighted key details that we would have missed otherwise. We were nervous about the bidding process because of recent market trends, but Kelly assisted us in understanding it and shared market trends with us on a regular basis. She was always very patient during our bidding discussions and never pushed us to make a hasty decision. She is not only a good listener, but she also communicates well with clients. This year my husband and I decided to take the plunge and purchase a second home, that our sons could rent, and have a safe place to work from. We had dreams of a small backyard or nice patio, that was in walking distance to amenities. We are not exactly high rollers, and a bit worried about moving forward in such uncertain times. I actually choice Kelly as our Realtor because she answered my questions (late at night) so quickly, and she really stuck with us. It was quite difficult to find a place, in such a “Hot Market” when we lived 400 miles away - we really needed help! Then the Pandemic really heated up to complicate things even more.
